Preschool is the beginning of your child’s educational journey. I created My Preschool Workbook to reinforce many of the skills your child is about to learn, while making learning fun.
Preschoolers are learning social skills, how to follow directions, and improving fine and gross motor skills. They are absorbing brand new academic skills in literacy and math. The 101 games and activities in my preschool workbook were created to keep kids entertained and motivated.
Through some fine motor practice of coloring, matching, mazes, and other fun games, children will practice skills such as letters, rhyming, colors, shapes, patterns, numbers, and more. Here’s a peek at a few of the literacy activities.
There is a dedicated page for each letter of the alphabet.
I know I wanted to add mazes into the workbook to help kids get some fine motor practice as they go through the paths. This page in particular also works on patterns.
In the number section, there is a page for the numbers 0-10.
Within each section, the activities start off simple and slowly increase in difficulty. Completing the easiest ones first will allow your child’s confidence to build. Soon, children will quickly become eager and curious to see what comes next! Here are a few of the pages from the math section.
Children learn at different speeds, so it’s okay if your child needs a little support when working through the book. The goal of My Preschool Workbook is to make learning fun and help your child get ready for school.
