All products are digital downloads and are non-refundable.
Most of our products require a PDF reader or Powerpoint. Please make sure you read the FULL descriptions before purchasing.

Email: You will be emailed links to your resources. Many files are .zip files, so it is easier to download these on a computer. If you’re on a  device, you will need an app such as winZip or iZip to open the folder.

If you do not receive the file with the download links, check your spam folder. Note: Hotmail and aol addresses often do not support the email with the download links. School addresses often get blocked, or hold the email with the download links to scan them first {this can take several days} or completely filter them out. If possible, use another email address such as gmail or yahoo.

Your account: If you choose to create an account before or at checkout, you can find your products under the “downloads” section of your account. If you create an account after you’ve placed an order, you will have to contact us to sync your purchase and account.

No, these resources were created for you to use at home with your own child(ren) or with multiple children in a SINGLE classroom/tutoring setting. Please do not share files between classrooms, sell, host, reproduce, giveaway, or store on any other site (including a blog, Facebook, 4Shared, Amazon Inspire, Dropbox, etc.). Thank you!
